Shanthi Rajaram is a first-generation immigrant female technopreneur who calls DFW Metroplex home. Having established Amazech Solutions with a mission to deliver world-class technology solutions to clients in 2007, her focus is not just technology for technology's sake, but at heart, she is driven by her passion for solutions that promote sustainability and reusability. A project close to her heart is Amazech's involvement in being the sole small business chosen partner by the Dallas Innovation Alliance in helping them with the Smart City initiative. Reduce, reuse, recycle is a personal philosophy and part of her personal DNA at work and at play. An active participant in contributing to the community, she has wide experience in serving on several Boards over the years such as: 2020 - Current - Board Member / Nominations Chair at Tech Titans 2021 - Current - Member Board of Directors / Co-Chair - Small Business Solutions Group at Frisco Chamber of Commerce 2016 - 2022 - President/Treasurer/Chair of Recognition & Advocacy Committee with DFW Alliance of Technology & Women. 2019 - 2021 - Vice Chair on the Advisory Board for Liftfund - Women Business Center. 2019 - 2021 Advisory Board Member representing USICOC (US India Chamber of Commerce) with Dallas ISD 2018 - 2020 as Board Member of Opportunity Plus, whose vision is to promote long-term societal progress for minority women business owners. Opportunity Plus has impacted over 200 small minority women businesses in microfinancing between 2018 and 2019. 2018 - 2020 she served on the Advisory Board of Figable.
