  • Kelly partners with our Research Scientists and Faculty, to ensure that the Advanced Environmental Research Institute submits compelling, compliant, on-time proposals in response to solicitations of varying size and complexity, ranging from short-term task orders to large, multi-million dollar research projects.
  • She oversees the full life-cycle of proposal development, including planning, scheduling, and managing competitive proposals, with end-to-end ownership and command of proposal development and related support processes, while serving as a writer, editor, and/or reviewer as required.
