Fanju Meng

Fanju’s research centers on understanding molecular mechanisms of gene regulation during normal embryogenesis and in response to environmental stressors, with a focus on epigenetic regulators, transcription factor networks, and interactions between transposable elements and genes. His lab uses a combination of genetic, epigenomic and computational biology approaches.
