When the Dallas Cowboys coaching staff needed help to improve their online team meetings, they knew just where to find it. They asked Vice President Adam Fein and Assistant Vice President Ruthanne "Rudi" Thompson with Digital Strategy and Innovation to share some tips with them in the offseason, and as the team went back to virtual meetings in December, the story received media coverage over the break. Tips for remote classroom teaching are helpful for virtual football meetings too because "a learner is a learner," Dr. Thompson, who also is the executive director of CLEAR and a lifelong Cowboys' fan, told The Wall Street Journal. And Dr. Fein told The Dallas Morning News, "Seeing the success they're having on the field, it's not surprising to me because they spent the extra time to do the things they needed to do and thought out of the box, frankly." Go Cowboys!
